The Experiment (Blu-Ray)
DVD Verdict &bull Aug 30, 2010
The 1971 Stanford Prison Experiment (SPE) is one of the more famous behavioral science experiments of the late 20th Century. About two dozen young men were tasked with role playing guards or inmates at a makeshift "prison." It didn't help that the researchers took an active part in the role play rather than remain observers. The… Full Story »

Featured Blu-ray / DVD Review: Our Family Wedding
The Numbers &bull Jul 15, 2010Our Family Wedding takes the very familiar theme of an upcoming wedding and adds in an interracial twist. However, and here's the real twist, instead of there being one white person and one black person, it's one black person and one Hispanic. Is this enough to set it apart? Or will this one point of originality be lost in a sea of mediocrity? At the beginning of the film we meet the lucky couple in… Full Story »
